Celebrity Inn - Branson

The location was pretty sweet-close enough to the action but far enough for some peace and quiet. The staff was super friendly and really helped us out when we needed to extend our stay last minute! Plus, the indoor heated pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a long day.

The cleaning left a lot to be desired; our bathroom was icky and the trash hadn’t been emptied. We also had a noisy experience with the guests above us—it felt like a wrestling match all night! I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy sleepless nights.

Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Branson with pleasant staff. Marvellous and nice location in Branson, near to restaurants, the lake, and the outlets. Also, in a quiet neighborhood. Great overall experience.

We got a room with a bath.

I appreciated the convenient location; it was super easy to find and close to a lot of attractions we wanted to check out. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were definitely highlights for our romantic getaway! Our room was big and spacious, which made it relaxing to unwind after a long day.

Our experience was marred by noisy neighbors stomping around above us. The thin walls made it hard to enjoy our romance; we hardly got any sleep. Plus, the front desk staff was kinda rude when I needed assistance. it just wasn’t the cozy escape we had hoped for.

Quiet and ideal hotel, we loved it.

The accommodation was clean, the room was pet-friendly. The personnel where very courteous and pleasant. The location was secluded, marvellous on a hill. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel🙂

I really liked how close this place was to the strip; everything was just a short drive away! The indoor pool was super warm and felt amazing, plus the hot breakfast was a total win with biscuits & gravy. Definitely a great spot if you want convenience and a cozy swim!

Our experience was pretty rough. The staff was rarely at the front desk, and when we had issues, nobody was around to help. Plus, our room had a weird smell, and the shower pressure was awful. not the best Christmas stay, and I doubt I’ll be coming back.

Staying here during Xmas was an absolute delight! The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for our family, and let me tell you, the breakfast was a true highlight of our mornings-so much good food! Plus, the location is super convenient, close to the strip and attractions like Silver Dollar City. I also loved the cozy vibe; the staff were super friendly, and we even got to celebrate my birthday with dinner in their lounge.

On the downside, we faced a few hiccups. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, which was a bummer, and the bathroom needed some cleaning attention. We also dealt with some noisy neighbors and an overflowing trash problem. it was a nice stay, but a little extra care could really elevate the experience!

We loved the location. It was peaceful and quiet while still being close to restaurants and shows. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning and appreciated the indoor pool and spa facilities.

Not one negative aspect to mention here.

The bed was very comfortable.

The check-in process was frustrating as there was no staff present to assist. I also found the bathroom countertop to be dirty, with hair and stains that shouldn't have been there. The breakfast options remained unchanged and were quite limited, disappointing.

Check-in was a hassle with no staff present!!! Unused pool towels and closed office left us scrambling to dry our towels in the laundry room!!! Proper staffing could prevent this frustrating experience!!!

Main strip, great for quick access to attractions but a serene environment at night. The indoor pool and hot tub were highlights, clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were limited and didn't meet expectations.

Amazing staff engagement!

My kids had a blast in the heated indoor pool and hot tub while I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave to keep snacks handy. If you want to kick back, there are great spot to relax poolside and an outdoor seating area that's super comfy. It was a bit noisy at times, but overall, we had a wonderful stay 😊
